You don't get ta savr, healthy remorse, the wince of healthy remorse. That's a nice clarification that we've got that for that. So we'velike a saor momor remorse. Sometimes you just got to register that you were a jerk. And i think those, by the way, as two fundamental resources also to grow inside. I use the term inner resource or inner strength. Interchangeably, mindfulness is a resource. It's a trait. People can develop, trait mindfulness. And people can also develop the trait of greater self awareness in their lives.
