If you're driven, I would say number one, stop posting on LinkedIn. It's like your CV almost, but in a more casual way and they can see, oh, okay, this person thinks like this. And then before they've even met you, they have an idea of how competent you are as a salesperson,. the kind of value you might be able to offer. So leverage that, like that's very powerful. If you're a smart and driven new VDR, take action. Nothing really beats just like picking up on and calling someone or cold emailing someone.
