Pritica's one lift to day programme is a really cool way to go about daily training. The easiest way to get progressionin is to have variation in the movements. Pritica: I hope that people will take this and test it out, because its idea of sort of the fixed exercise selection,. but the rotating emphasis or intensity - i love that.
