The Struggle Is Not It

We have to be a two decades into meditation practice to avail ourselves of this. We can use these weapons of mass distraction or cell phones in a way that can actually be helpful. If people are already, you know, if they already have these things and are using them ubiquitously, why not use them as a way to help us train our minds? The struggle taught me something. So one thing i want to do to be of service is to help other people learn that they don't to the struggle is not it. You can learn from the struggle, but the struggle isnot it.
