How to Set Expectations for a Great Experience

A big part of it is about setting the right expectations so that when a user encounters the reality of the experience, it is what their expectations had hoped it would be. So we try to either improve reality or better set expectations to reflect what it actually will be. That is a large part of what we are leveraging the digital platform to do. And with all of these things and the information that we can provide the host, hopefully then they make the right choices and deliver the best possible experience.
