The fatigue physiology literature on its own eclipses the hypertrophy size there's so much of you can literally go just go read on it for i think you told me at one point there was a two-year span where all you did was look at fatigue literature. So these people who say stuff like that there's weak evidence that high reps cause more central fatigue are wrong, he says. We have to look at we can definitely look at central fatigue but central fatigue is kind of a sub-sederi component that happens from calcium iron related fatigue and muscle damage etc. The fibers controlled by the highest degrees of the highest threshold motor units will not experience mechanical tension when they're fatigued
