The Habit Loop of Q Routine and Reward
For creating a movement habit, I always suggest if it's possible to do it in the morning. My example is getting in the car and driving into my workout class. And my reward is I'm working on my physical health, which in turn is helping my mental health. Number four, eating 60 to 80% healthy.
