There was recently a really interesting study on postmenopausal women. They did back-strengthened exercises for two years, showed that their risk for spinal progression factors was 2.7 times lower than their peers who didn't do strengthening exercises. Another study of high intensity resistance and impact improved markers of bone strength. It just kind of reinforces all the things that you said that can kind of help it if there's what kind of context or anything in addition you want to add to that.
