The Importance of Momentary Stimuli
We can essentially do our kind of primary workout perhaps for a week. As you were saying, we really want workout where we're focusing on that particular muscle. We could then come back and we just hit the muscle of later in the week with a handful of repetitions to avoid any kind of atrophy occurring during that training week. It's a very interesting way of just avoiding the problem because of course, a beginner is going to do a workout. They could create enormous amount of hypertrophy from that single workout. And I'm not saying they're going backwards. I'm saying they're just losing what they've just tried to gain. Yeah.
