The Power of Spatial Perception in ADHD
Haka'lau brings us into a calm state. We can't even we cannot stay in a state of anger or stress while doing it so that's Haka'Lau. When you play around with that spatial perception you're inducing the right hippocampus of the brain because that is a spatial perception. It really induces a very calm state very quickly and would be a good thing to play around with if you had any kind of ADHD symptoms.
