List Your Faulty Embedded Beliefs

Faulty underlying assumptions leads to characters feeling a certain way or acting a certain way. A little pernicious underlying assumption will kick off the entire tragedy. We might find it useful to list our own faulty beliefs every single yar. You should make a list of things that you believe strongly across all the different realms and then examine it in the following year. And you can tell you have grown if half of that list has changed.
