If your number one goal is health, I think a little bit higher rep ranges makes a lot of sense. Then we can get lower system load. So that's why training for basketball is a little bit more complex. Even these rep ranges, I'm sure guys are still sitting there like, wait a minute. What? I'm supposed to be a lot here, little here. Yeah. Exactly. So you got to know the intent and know the goal and everything has that subtle difference,. You know what I mean? And that's where that self awareness is key, but also following that appropriate rubric in front of you.
