I typically like to look at it like a four-faced approach um for rolling out a program where you're doing your internal planning then you're building it then you're managing and the managing never goes away. Talk to your customers big one not everybody does it ask them what they would like to do with being a part of a customer programUm figure out what what you can do to scale it  and yeah and build that internal internal uh internal council That's a big thing not having executive buy-in I've I've built just a customer advisory board at a past life at another company and it was on me had two of the four like product managers on board thousands of customers we had
