Talk to your customers big one not everybody does it ask them what they would like to do with being a part of a customer programUm figure out what what you can do to scale it  and yeah and build that internal internal uh internal council That's a big thing not having executive buy-in I've I've built just a customer advisory board at a past life at another company and it was on me had two of the four like product managers on board thousands of customers we had
