strength is not like a widespread value or widespread prescribed intervention among physical therapists, even though it's so great. The vast majority of physios are not actually taught about resistance or exercise prescription very well at all. I tend to find there are issues with that sort of motor control rehabilitation type approach because it over complicates things totally unnecessary. Once you strip away all the confusion and the complexity and the harmful narratives around them, they're great exercises. They're nice, simple, entry, low intensity movements. You just got to take away all the rubbish around it that can actually create more problems rather than assistance for people.
