I've always been a big believer that you should be able to know you're still making progress, even if you don't have an objective number quantifying it right away. I was working with a gentleman the other day who was doing a australian pullos and he's just going after these things. And i'm looking at im, and he got done, and he's like, antos feel stronger. Holy smokes. The intensety, be mused. You can do planche lets against a wall, and you can use your hand distance from the wall to determine the difficulty. It doesn't even necessarily need to be something that is very fine grid like quatifications.
