Do the ABCs, airy, breathing, circulation, disability, doing examination. Manage their vital signs and a broad differential diagnosis. Worry about sepsis. Get a cardiogram. O2SAT IV. Monitor. There's any abnormality on the cardiograms. Well when you've done all this stuff, recheck the patient. And then you're going to say, I can't find anything. What the world's going on? That's the approach that I would take.
