Reconnecting With Your Body

When we are talking about reconnecting with vulnerable parts of ourself, we're talking about having an embodied feelable experience. And so it is very similar to going to the gym. I always like to say it is kind of like working out for your brain. Even if you just give yourself one minute a day to drop in to what is feelable. It feels really dumb to acknowledge my feelings. That's okay. You know, acknowledging that part of you that believes sitting with yourself and giving yourself emotional space is stupid. When I honor this part of me as a protection, okay, when I honor my body and respect my body for keeping me safe,. I can also hold myself accountable
