Swing right pat swing done correctly, snatch would be a great one. Snatch done correctly, the half nealing press or the press. The gobbla squat, and then that cleaning press on the other side, maybe. So ther, there's snatch o, gobbla, squat, clean ing press and gobble, squat. That doesn't really answer the question. What is a good body fat percentage to have that can be capped year round and is pretty sustainable?
