Understanding the Threat Response
The first step is understanding the threat response that we have, and the level of threat. It's how much what is happening in terms of the reactivity that is happening for us. And under standing that understanding the impact of threats and being able to name specific incidents can actually enable us to slow down or jump out of the escalation cycle. The last bit was also for us to understand the escalation, which means that biases are going to kick in whether we are under dress or whether we are relaxed. So those are the three components when we think about escallation.
