Is It Ad Lib or Is It Not?

There are two types of caloric restriction diets: fasting mimicking and isoc caloric protein restriction. Both have biological consequences but they're different from each other. In some cases it's simply not possible because the data isn't there to say whether or not a calorie-restricted diet has any benefit in humans. Most of the benefit seems to come from the calories, so you know let's just say this may not be exactly right but I think it's close.
