I've seen so many senior leaders and maybe some of the listeners, you're in a meeting and a controversial topic comes up. One person not around the table states an opinion; another person on the other side of the table who wasn't listening much but with throwing a controversial will disagree. And it just makes things worse. I physically have watched when this happens,. their head goes under shoulders kind of slope in like they didn't get the chance to fully express themselves.
