Do You See This as a Systematic Prollem of Incentives?
A lot of interviewers are very much facing the opposite problem, where are they're basically just overfitting. The obvious way to say this is that therere a bunch of interviewers who will be heavily biased. I think in absolute terms it's quite terrible. And if your company is somewhat larger, as bureaucratic hiring processes, needs to hire a lot of people at once, but you just can't get that creative with it.
