Is Mindful Eating Really Helpful?

The power of mindful eating to help us make healthier decisions. Can be incorporated in the canadian food guide lines, which i think is fascinating. Eat with your family, eat at the table, take a moment, eat slowly and enjoy your food. Have water as your main drink. Chew it more. Make sure that you generally probably eat less calories. So would we say mindful eating is a factoro fad, i'd say it's a fact. What do you think?
