The Effects of DNA Degradation on Infectivity
The PMA stimulation is passively activating the neutrophils and causing much more net formation than you get with the virus IgA immune complexes. The DNA experiment is just to make sure that DNA itself doesn't inactivate infectivity, right? Because the DNA is used to break the net open. And so I think, Breanne, was your interpretation that if they treated with the DNAs, then none of the virus stuck down and that was available to infect the target cells, which was MDCK cells.
