I really want to emphasize that food is not the enemy. If we think about it, food has supported us through so many hard times in our life. So as we go for the food, there's a gentleness and self compassion, self love that I'm offering you to bring in. We might want food in there for 20% of our toolbox. But if it takes up more than that, let's say it's 80 or 90% of the tools we use, then that's not going to be very helpful. And this is like tools to cope. That's what this toolbox is. Okay. It's okay for it to take up 20% of the toolbox
