How to Stay Positive and Avoid Negative Thoughts
The Hawkerow walk is definitely going to clear your mind and maybe by the time you're done your walk you're going to realize okay I just needed to get outside. I actually called my boyfriend today and I was telling him that I wanted to make an episode on dealing with negative thoughts and how to combat this. He told me that he wakes up every morning and he's just so grateful and appreciative of the little things that it kind of helps silence any negative thoughts that he has. This is one of those moments when you're shifting from a negative outlook to a positive one where you're just so grateful to even be alive.
