Simon Cochrane did a 100 K solo run in New Zealand. He says he relied on recovery boots to help him get back into running after an injury. The boot's portability means you can take them anywhere and use them for up to six days at a time, which is good because they're not going to be maxed out. Simon also talks about how the weather affected his training during this challenge.
