The Importance of Rhythm in Training

I have heard you share around the importance of still whilst we're without competition where we can try to maintain the the rhythm of our training. For example if you normally get up at 6 a.m. and go for a swim well go ahead and do 30 minutes on the bike on the trainer or 30 minutes of strength training or stretch just to keep that rhythm going because then when a state of kind of semi-normality returns it's going to be much easier to plug back in yeah. very powerful trust the basics don't burn the matches too early and give yourself a break.
