The Importance of Flexibility in Coaching
Coaching is very different in this sense, where you could make a proposition as a coach that a certain amount of work could result in materially more pay. And I don't do that because it's just really hard to like say to someone, it's likely that your earnings over time or your income or the ability to like be much less on tilt and be able to find a better job will likely increase. So therefore this investment is worth it. It gets very messy very quickly.
