dampness, like in my armpits. But you got to get an Arnold response good, because maybe the sun can roast some of the body fed off if you look at you, disgusting. Yeah, it's wild, man. It is. And then you when you're massing at the top of mass, you're just like, everything's hot. Everything's hot. Listen, being physically hot does not increase your appetite. Being cold does. So all of a sudden, you might have to pull some triggers on increasing the food that you don't like. And then all of a sudden, it's like, actually, yeah, you have to have eight slices of pizza tonight if you're going to gain enough weight. And you're like, man, you eat four and you're like, yeah, really have to have eight answers. Yes. And so just as many people have struggled to constrain their muscle game phase early and through the whole thing when they're smaller and leaner, folks who are larger, I'm going to have to, they're going to have to mass up. And it's just going to get uncomfortable at some point. So that that is a situation. So again, just to review the major periodization, eight to 12 to 16 weeks of hardcore training, while gaining half a quarter of a percent to half a percent of your body weight, mostly through healthy food, all the cheats here and they are a consistent caloric surplus. Take at the end of that, do your D load in that last week, take an extra week totally off of the gym, just leave the gym, just eat relatively healthy, high protein foods have a little junk, no worries in that last week, just live free. And then after that, four to six weeks of roughly three quarters of a percent lost per week, right? Point seven, five percent. And you will be training hard again, maybe not super hard, but just getting back in a training won't be able to train very hard after an act of rest for two weeks, because you're going to be so sensitive to muscle, you're going to do two curls, you're going to get sore for three days, ease back into training to that fat loss phase. After about four to six weeks, you're going to be as lean as you ever were, you are going to be plus multiple pounds of muscle from that last phase. You're only having been trained sort of hard for about four to six weeks, you're going to have months ahead of hard training in front of you. And then if you choose to do so, you can do another muscle gain phase, just like that. And you can do this all through the R.P. hypertrophy app and the R.P. DiCo chat, by the way. And folks, I want to mention that we have those apps because God damn it, I want money. I'm tired of not having any more money. My butlers keep bothering me. They have a butlers union now. Some kind of document I have to sign and it's Nick, it's getting out of hand. They say I have to call them by the real names and not just butler number 27. I mean, Jesus, you know, how many names is 27 people? I don't know 27 names. Frank, I'll see Rebecca. That's it. I ran out of names. It's a tough, tough world that you live in, man. It's a very hard somebody. Thank you, Nick, for relating. A couple of
