I like to think about fat loss as from start weight to goal weight and then extend it through a maintenance period of I like to say one to two months so the reason I like that is because now you because you have that extension it removes the idea of all right well as soon as this fat loss phase is over I'm gonna binge. As long as you don't all of a sudden change everything about your diet your weight is not going to have any crazy unforeseen spikes.
