Fasting is a very common and natural thing to go for periods of time whe oare not eating. Most of our nutrients that we require to function as humans come from the microbium. We can't, we don't get most of it from food, right? They come from a fermentive process that occurs in themicrobium. At any given time, youve pulled out your blood sample and you looked at all the active compounds in there, at least 50 % of them are compounds we cannot get from food that are synthesized by theMicrobium based on consuming food water.
