It really does hang around for quite a long time. I think much longer than people think. So that was the pump and the muscle swelling in edema. They've tried to bolt, we really covered that one in the metabolic stress with a lot. The fact that it's so dislocated from the workout itself really just takes any credibility away from it. It doesn't make any sense to all.
