Is There a Baseline for Resistance Exercise?

In terms of resistance exercise, ah, there's really not a firm recommendation either for or against it. And i think that can be confusing, i think, for a the consumer at times. A lot of people will leverage their carbohydrate intake a surrounding their workout because they're almost kind of saving their cards for their workout. It does make sense when we're lifting weights or muscles ar burning carbhydrits.
