Is There a Mechanism of Injury?

The first step is to look at the mechanism of injury. You're looking for then swelling when that happened, the irritability. And so are there any other key things that you're looking for within that subjective? Then I would be looking at what's happened in the timeline since they got injured. So what have you tried? Has that helped your pain? Whether that's things like icing, elevation, things like how they started moving it,. compression is another one that commonly gets used and sort of exploring those a little bit.
