The first major complication, which is again defined as vascular dissection or rupture. 30% of cases had their first event by the age of 20. By age 40, it's over 80% of patients had presented by age of 40. In large vessels, we can use CTA-MRA looking for vaso-wala edema and PET scans to look for PET positivity. That could also be seen in infection. The median vessels get a little trickier. But at the point is you can look at other imaging modalities to sort out vasculopathy, which vasculitis is versus vasculitis.
