How to Get in Touch With the Feeling Process
When i meditate now, i meditate between an hour and three hours em. And if you had spoken to me two years ago, i was like, yow. One of our principals is stay at the eleventh sensation. But i didn't, i dodn't understand it like thislik. I don't think you can. Actually. There's a little bit of discipline in the beginning, but when you start to really get in touch with the feeling process, you can see it's different to it's deeper than what you thought it was.
