Do We See More Nips in Aging?
In mediterian countries, people will talk about the siesta culture and conclude that it is natural to take a nap in the afternoon. In rural cultures where people had to work on the fields during the summer, it probably wasn't very pleasant to be out there when the outside temperature is 35 degrees. So what about aging? Do we nap more with aging? One of the reasons we may observe more naps in aging is that many older people, of course, are retired and don't have to necessarily work their office ours. And that's why sometimes we may see more napping in old peoples.
