Having a Goal Is a Challenge and It's a Roadblock

When your bad days are still pretty good relative to your norm then that's a level of confidence that's hard to match exactly it is. On the flip side though this can sometimes get in the way so for instance when you when you set a goal that is maybe difficult but it's kind of challenging to get toSometimes it comes a barrier because you've set up the standard of like this is fast right and we'll use it. Part of training is convincing yourself that like that three-hour marathon like yeah it's hard but like it's not actually that fast or what have you.
