How to Make Exercise a Habit
I encourage people to experiment first, try a few different things out, stretch yourself. Then what I would suggest is at least three times a week, 30 to 40 minutes. If you're starting from a place of you haven't been exercising much, then start just by going for walks. There's no excuse and that's the point. It's more than nothing sitting on your couch or on your bed.
