This helps you understand how to converse with clients in a way that actually needs their needs, right? Because it shows your focus on reducing churn and then all of a sudden they're like, well, this person understands my business better because my business has churns terrifying. That's basically the core part of the design process. You listen to customers and then you turn it into a design.
