Negotiations come down to four things, only one thing matters. It's either product, time, stall, or money - the p t s m sinrome. Most of the time, as you take notes, they will not give you the one thing the first time. If there was one i had to fix, thet would make everything ok. What would it be? Hi's the one thing. How many things can blow your deal? Only one. Five is the selfish child a neurotic like you got ta make this one work. You cannot take away their logic when you're negotiating with them. There's never an exception to this. Ever.
