practising yoga seems to require that you first understand what you need, which a lot of us are not very good at ywe. But then the even more significant thing is, we, we. It forces you to express that in a really concise way. And again, anything i learn in my practice, i can probably extrapolate that partners having the same human experience where they need different things. So, ye, for sure. We're constantly supported by having our own individual practices recalibrate who we are as partners.
