How Stall Weight Can Affect Gut Health
Stall weight is a really important feature of gut health in fact compared to stall frequency and stall consistency like nobody wants to go to the toilet too often or too infrequently we don't want diarrhea or constipation but other than that frequency and consistency you know are not really associated with health. Having a higher stall weight because you eat more fibre is really associated with a lower risk of colorectal cancer so bowel cancer we know that they're heavier you stall because of the more fibre eating the less the bowel cancer you're likely to get in your life So look out for how much you're passing every day according to our research.
