i had no at the time no real lifting background i'd done kettlebells stuff mostly for grappling and some basic athletic strength conditioning but like my deadlift form was terrible. It just seemed like a cool way to learn new things challenge myself and then become well-rounded because of it. say like i have i can't verify this but they say it's pretty easy to bail to bail on you know like an unsuccessful chuck it forward probably yeah probably yeah chuck it backward you're getting comouredYeah by by barbell i've had i've had a comora turned all the way around  it wasn't even like i didn't even get caught, he says.
