The Importance of a Pivotal Act
AI doesn't really have to be exactly like AGI quote unquote that is at the minimal capability level required to do very risk reducing things. So current systems wouldn't count but you don't need like some super superhuman thing. The other possible theory of victory number would be this one's like a Vega one which ensures key institutions and norms are adaptable, competent and it just sort of like muddles through.
