How to Improve a Capula's Reach by Four Inches

A lot of those things we did, like we improved his reach by four inches. It all started in those fascia slings in the upper back. So at this point, he was doing this was kind of us coming off of him doing like bodybuilding type stuff and then transition him back into trying to create all this length. We can measure marks right now and go through about 15 minutes of that. And we could put probably an inch and a half on it, you know, tip to tip. In the days, you can add more and more and more because you got to pay now.
