I think the big reminder within everything you shared is that there's so many pathways to creating balance for areas of your life that you don't feel balance. And in this day and age also fasting gets a lot of attention, but sometimes take a step back and see, actually, do I need some support in my relationship to me and my partner need maybe a third party, like a therapist. Do we need somebody to help us facilitate our communication to bring a deeper sense of intimacy? So it's not always the next most important path for somebody are directly food food is a low hanging fruit. But it's just another reminder that there're so many aspects that could impact especially the context of stress
