How to Play the Lockdown

Most people focus on making it as tight as they can, which means they're going to extend that two on one and clamp down. The problem with doing that is that you've shut down your own hip mobility. With the lockdown, the way that you lighten the hips is to pull your knees towards your face and use that to bump the guys weight above you. And now the hips are free all of a sudden to start moving.
