If you surround yourself with people who make excuses and are negative, you'll become them. Get a cue workout set on and do some yoga. Compliment someone. Eat nutritious meals. Journal and be busy yet pretty. Create a life for yourself that you cannot wait to wake up to. I've been completely depressed with anorexia and never want to wake up.
